1. Non-Refundable Payment:

Full payment is required to secure the booking and is non-refundable. Payment confirms the session date, time, and details as agreed upon.

2. Session Rescheduling:

Weather Contingency: If weather conditions are unsuitable for the session, a mutually agreed-upon rain date will be scheduled. Rescheduling due to weather must be decided at least 4 hours before the session time.
Client-Initiated Changes: Requests to reschedule for reasons other than weather must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Liability:

Personal Safety: The photographer is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the session. Clients assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their belongings during the session.
Property Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the session location property or equipment due to their actions.

4. Client Responsibilities:

Timeliness: Clients must arrive on time. Delays may result in reduced shooting time without adjustment to the session fee.
Outfit Changes: Clients should plan and bring their outfits for changes if applicable, ensuring they are ready for quick transitions during the session.

5. Photographer’s Rights:

Artistic Discretion: The photographer retains the right to select the images that are edited and delivered based on artistic discretion and professional judgment.
Portfolio Use: The photographer may use images from the session for promotional purposes, including portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the session.

6. Image Delivery:

Editing: Clients will receive professionally edited high-resolution files. No unedited images will be provided.
Delivery Time: Edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks from the session date unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Digital Storage:

File Retention: The photographer will store the edited images for 6 months post-delivery. Clients are responsible for the safe storage and backup of their files once delivered.

8. Session Cancellation:

Photographer Cancellation: In the unlikely event the photographer needs to cancel the session, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
